Unleashing the Power of the Lachmann SMG: An Alternate to the Meta Fennec in Warzone 2

The material developer for Warzone 2, known as tcTekk, explained his build of the Lachmann SMG, stating that it boasts “godlike” hip-fire capability.

Because the Fennec is so insanely powerful in Warzone 2, many people do not consider other submachine guns to change its position. However, some players go against the grain and try to find alternatives to the meta weapon.

As a result, the Lachmann Sub has garnered much attention as a formidable alternative to the Fennec. In addition, check claims that specific attachments can give the Lachmann Sub the feel of the traditional MP5, along with “crazy” hip fire potential that very few other firearms in Warzone 2 can match.

Check says that this Lachmann is the “most fun” gun in the whole game

The content creator stated in a video published on February 10 that this hip-fire Lachmann is “one of the most fun guns I have used in this game.” This claim is particularly noteworthy because it was made so soon, before the start of Season Two, when player fatigue regarding the game’s most meta guns is at an all-time high.

“I grabbed two killer gameplays while rocking this hip-fire Lachmann sub, or MP5, build that I simply adore utilizing,” he explained. “Both of these gameplays were recorded with the MP5 build.” This is an incredible opportunity to spice up your life and have some fun, especially considering how tedious it is to use the Fennec.

Compared to the meta Fennec, the Lachmann likely has a different high TTK when it is up close. However, it makes up for this shortcoming by being excellent for run-and-gun action, thanks to its superb accuracy while firing from the hip. The following is a rundown of his complete makeup:

  • Barrel: FTAC M-Sub 12″
  • Laser: Point-G3P 04
  • Stock: LM Stockless Mod
  • Magazine: 40-Round Mag
  • Underbarrel: VX Pineapple

This build has some adaptability because even if the target is outside the effective range of the hip firing, the ADS time is meager, and the recoil is not particularly severe. Players need to compensate for the close-range design of the weapon by using a primary weapon with medium or long range, such as the RPK.

We cannot wait to find out what is ahead for all the existing builds and firearms in Season 2, which will go live on February 15.
