Pokemon Scarlet & Violet Player Abandons Shiny Zweilous for an Even Better Catch

One Pokemon trainer shared a video that featured an amusing scene in which they passed up an opportunity to capture a Shiny Zweilous in favor of something else that drew their attention.

Shiny hunting is one of the most known activities for Pokemon enthusiasts to engage in once they have completed the game’s primary storyline. It is a straightforward and therapeutic way to kill time. Shiny hunting is now significantly more approachable and straightforward than in previous generations, thanks to several fantastic enhancements to the gameplay implemented in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.

As a result, players are sometimes faced with an overwhelming number of options while searching for these uncommon Pokemon in the Paldea region. This was demonstrated by a trainer who did the unimaginable and walked away from a Shiny Zweilous without giving it a second thought.

The Trainer of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet passes up shiny Zweilous

After demonstrating an incredible stroke of luck in a brief video clip, a user named Cloverinepixel on the Pokemon Scarlet & Violet forum posted a message on Reddit with the subject, “Man, screw this Zweilous.” This message received a lot of attention within the community.

In the video, the trainer explored the Great Crater of Paldea, also known as Area Zero, and encountered a Shiny Zweilous. They made a beeline for the Dragon-type Pokémon that was green in color and engaged it in combat as soon as possible.

On the other hand, just as the battle got underway, additional Pokemon appeared in the backdrop. One of the freshly generated Pokemon was a Shiny Roaring Moon, a Paradox Pokemon based on Salamence that is unique to the Scarlet version of the game.

The trainer continues to flee from the Zweilous and instead makes an urgent attempt to catch the Shiny Roaring Moon, which is likely to surprise many of the spectators. Shiny Roaring Moon is a more valuable catch than its standard counterpart, but most long-time fans would never dream of fleeing from a Shiny Pokemon. Shiny Pokemon are simply too powerful. “No Save and no Gallade/Breloom?! “My heart,” one of the surprised trainers exclaimed.

Even though the short movie cuts off before the trainer catches either of the Shiny Pokemon, they return to the Reddit article’s comment area to reassure concerned gamers that they did not miss out on two rare Pokemon. “Don’t be concerned, and I have both.”
