Viktor “sdy” Orudzhev, who temporarily joined Natus Vincere to take Kirill “Boombl4” Mikhaylov’s position, has announced his departure from Natus Vincere (NAVI), a professional esports team, after temporarily joining the team to replace Kirill “Boombl4” Mikhaylov. Sdy is currently searching for a new team and does not have a buyout.
When the Major winning lineup was revealed in June, the addition of sdy, also known as “somedieyoung,” was a bit of a surprise. At PGL Stockholm, Boombl4 had guided NAVI to their first Major triumph, but he was forced to quit amid some controversy over Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and remarks made by his wife online.
Sdy joined the team as another support player and put on several spectacular performances when Denis “electronic” Sharipov transitioned to the IGL role. His statistics tended to regress to the mean, and while he was generally reliable, he lacked the superstar advantage that NAVI might be searching for in the long run.
Sdy Reflects On His Time With Natus Vincere
In a message posted to Twitter, sdy said, “The experience that I’ve acquired from this time together is unbelievable.”
“I never would have thought that I could learn both in and outside of the game so quickly. NAVI stated, “We wish sdy well in his future career and appreciate him for his professionalism, personal traits, and fantastic rounds. I now understand and have proper vision on how things should function as well as the finest approaches to form a wonderful team.”
Andrii “npl” Kukharskyi, who had previously appeared for the team in a few maps at the BLAST Premier World Final, has also been promoted to a full-time main roster member and will compete in IEM Katowice 2023 as his first full tournament with the team, according to the organization.
As his contract with NAVI has expired, sdy has acknowledged that he is currently searching for a new team and does not have a buyout. I have a lot of motivation. Traveling to bootcamps and competitions is no problem for me.
Here is the whole NAVI CSGO roster:
- Oleksandr ‘s1mple’ Kostyliev
- Valerii ‘b1t’ Vakhovskyi

- Ilya ‘Perfecto’ Zalutskiy
- Andrii ‘npl’ Kukharskyi
