Warzone Season 4: TrueGameData Unveils the M13B as a Hidden Long-Range Meta Weapon
Some members of the Warzone community consider the Lachmann 556 to be the greatest long-range meta weapon available in Season 4. However, TrueGameData unearthed an underappreciated challenger that was flying under the radar of everyone. Since the release of Warzone in November 2022, there has been little shift in how players approach the long-range meta. In Season 1, the RPK was the undisputed champion; in Season 2, the ISO Hemlock was the clear victor; and in Season 3, everyone relied on the Cronen Squall.
Both runs ended due to nerfs to the Cronen Squall and the ISO Hemlock, which resulted in the throne becoming vacant. This Warzone season, in contrast to all of the others we have witnessed up to this point, does not appear to have a winner unequivocally superior to the others. The Lachmann 556, HCR-56, SO-14, and TAQ-V are generally considered formidable competitors; however, TrueGameData suggested that the M13B should also be considered because it is an underestimated choice.
Which of the Warzone Season 4 meta weapons has the best long-range capabilities?
TrueGameData has previously produced a video discussing the long-range meta for Warzone Season 4. He toned down the excitement surrounding the SO-14 and maintained that the Lachmann 556 is the most effective long-range weapon in Season 4.
Several supporters of the M13B voiced their opinions and rushed to its defense in the comments section. After reviewing his previous work, TrueGameData concluded that the M13B deserves to be placed on the same level as the Lachmann 556. “The Lachmann 556 has a lower felt recoil, but I think the M13 more than makes up for it with its quicker time to kill.” The M13B is speedier in mid-range engagements and has a time-to-kill speed of 70 milliseconds better at approximately 70 meters.
