Metaphor’s Unveiled Cronen Squall Loadout Reigns as the Best Gun in Warzone 2

Cronen Squall now has a loadout that Metaphor has unveiled, which a YouTuber has described as having “100% the best gun” in Warzone 2. The release of Warzone 2 Season 3 Reloaded brought with its modifications to the game’s balance that shook up the game’s meta and made it possible for specific new weaponry and old standbys to shine once more.

Since the update was only released a little over a week ago, content creators and experienced players are still rethinking their go-to load-outs and looking for new treasures to add to their collections. In the video he uploaded on May 20, Metaphor demonstrated an excellent build for the Cronen Squall. In his own words, Metaphor stated that “This Cronen Squall build that I found out is just so insane; this is 100% the best gun in the game right now.”

Warzone 2 loadout for the Cronen Squall used by Metaphor

Metaphor said that his loadout for his Cronen Squall makes the weapon incredibly powerful for medium and even long ranges, with a rapid time-to-kill, great accuracy, and large magazine size. The content producer loaded the pistol with additions explicitly designed to increase the Cronen Squall’s range, accuracy, and recoil to assist the user in accomplishing this goal.

Players are suggested to switch to the single-fire mode when shooting at far-away targets and only use the full-auto method for medium and close-range encounters. The Cronen Squall has significant recoil, even with attachments that try to reduce it. This is because the Cronen Squall still has considerable recoil, even with extensions that try to mitigate it.

Attachments

  • Muzzle: ZLR Talon 5
  • Barrel: HR6.8 Barrel
  • Underbarrel: FTAC Ripper 56
  • Magazine: 50-Round Mag
  • Optic: SZ Holotherm

Because of its lightning-fast time-to-kill (TTK) and its enormous magazine count because of these attachments, this assault rifle from Modern Warfare 2 is ideal for use in the vast majority of situations at medium ranges. This comes at the expense of some of your mobility and makes your transition from sprinting to firing somewhat slow. Keeping this in mind, you will need either a submachine gun (such as the meta-dominant Vaznev-9K) or a shotgun to cover a close range, an area where this specific loadout struggles to compete with some of the more popular options.
