Modern Warfare 3: Anticipation Builds as Nadeshot Voices Hope for the Upcoming Call of Duty Installment

Modern Warfare 3 is rumored to be the upcoming Call of Duty core installment, and Nadeshot voiced hope. Insider Gaming stated on May 11 that Modern Warfare 3 is the title of Call of Duty 2023. The game began as a high-end DLC but eventually developed into a complete game with carryover content.

All indications point to Sledgehammer Games taking the helm of a project that will include new multiplayer content and the storyline from MW2. In addition to World War II and Advanced Warfare, the company most recently worked on COD Vanguard. After learning about the leaks, Nadeshot defended Sledgehammer Games as the ideal group to design the upcoming title.

How fantastic is Modern Warfare 3 going to be?

Nadeshot Knows of the 100 Thieves Podcast shared his opinions on Warzone 2 Ranked and what the game’s early popularity might portend for Modern Warfare 3.

Nadeshot said, “I think they have a few kinks to work out, but Sledgehammer is developing that with Modern Warfare 3.” “I think it will bring some people back, and retention will be much better,” says the analyst. “As long as they continue to build off what they created with Ranked Play.” The effort of Sledgehammer, according to Nadeshot, is a positive indicator for Modern Warfare 3. Also, he said seeing how Sledgehammer is used in MW3 would be interesting. However, AW was a good game. They received a lot of criticism for what they did with World War 2.

Infinity Ward’s handling of the gameplay mechanics in Modern Warfare 2 has drawn criticism from some members of the COD community, but Nadeshot defended the developers. “In terms of gunplay and the fluidity of what you get with Infinity Ward, I think Sledgehammer is probably the most comparable in my mind, and I don’t think Activision will let them take too far of a departure from what Infinity Ward has built with MW2 because the core gameplay is fun.”

The ex-Call of Duty player closed by expressing excitement for the upcoming COD video game. I’m hopeful for MW3 because that has always been true with Infinity Ward. Regarding the release date of Modern Warfare 3, Insider Gaming stated that it would be November 10 and that a reveal video would be released in August.
