Pokestops are extremely important in Pokemon Go because they allow players to collect various rewards and even experience some one-of-a-kind locations. Certain Pokestops can be questionable, leaving players extremely irritated.
When it comes to Pokemon Go, the topic of Pokestops has been one that is continually brought up for discussion. Community members frequently argue that there should be more Pokestops in rural regions and point out some pretty odd additions to the game. At this point, it appears that there is at least one more Pokestop that may be counted as a peculiar addition, with some even naming it a “monstrosity” while criticizing Niantic for accepting certain Pokestops and denying others.
Players of Pokemon Go are criticizing the Niantic approval process because of a peculiar Pokestop
One fan of Pokemon Go posted a peculiar Pokestop with the Reddit community. The Pokestop included a darker image of a concealed horse, and the location’s name ended with many additional letters after it. Along with the picture, the fan jokingly said, “Ah yes, my favorite Pokestop…” Following uploading the photograph, other players of Pokemon Go showed an immediate interest in it. Some of these players joked that the person who created the Pokestop had fallen asleep while typing, while others argued that it was simply “a normal Dutch word.”
Others, however, grabbed the image and immediately began criticizing Niantic’s decision to approve this Pokestop. They said they “can’t get one stop near my house, and this monstrosity passes.” Several comments were quite similar, and some people expanded on their previous statements by adding that they have “seen worse” and explaining that “there are at least 3 Stops of literal trees in my city.” Meanwhile, I cannot even get individual works of street art through.”
One user expressed disappointment that their requests for Pokestops had been declined, stating they “tried so hard to add real art in our hospital, really huge art, four pieces that are 2×8 meters.” I’ve been turned away four times now while those standing less than a hundred meters away are allowed to pass. This gets under my skin. Even though the Pokestop is humorous, it is evident that a significant number of people are requesting that Niantic be more selective about future submissions.
