Several players of Pokemon Go have voiced confusion on one of the requirements that need to be met to run across a Shiny Mew. Niantic challenged players of Pokemon Go to “catch ’em all” by introducing a new series of Research activities known as the All in One #151 Masterwork Research.
When everything has been finished, gamers of Pokemon Go will have a special meeting with one of the game’s most exotic monsters. Some people have reported that this Masterwork Research is a significant challenge. The fact that some of the Pokemon in the event are limited to a specific zone makes it extremely difficult for users to accomplish their goal by collecting all the Pokemon.
Players of Pokemon Go search for animals that are exclusive to a region
Niantic has now announced the All in One #151 Masterwork Research, a bundle of research activities that requires payment but offers an enticing return. When the challenge is finished, gamers of Go will get the opportunity to battle a Shiny version of Mew, a Legendary Pokemon that is greatly sought after. However, Go players must collect the Platinum Kanto Medal to complete Set 1 of the Research objectives. This achievement in Pokemon Go demands players to obtain all 151 Pokemon from the Kanto area. The task at hand is not easy, especially considering that several of the Legendaries can only be obtained through participation in 5-Star Raids or, in the case of Ditto, can assume a different appearance. This medal suffers from several additional issues. A few wild Pokemon can only be caught in Kanto that are mostly region-locked.
As an illustration, a Tauros can be obtained in both the United States and Canada, a Mr. Mime can be found in Europe, and a Kangaskhan can only be obtained in Australia. Several people are frustrated due to this issue because they have already purchased a ticket but need help getting all of the Pokemon owing to a region lock.
On Reddit, several gamers vented their frustration, and one of them sympathized with a user who said, “No way, I just paid $5 only to get blocked by Kangaskhan.” One user commented, “Same – $6.99 Canadian, and I DO NOT LIVE IN AUSTRALIA.” This user does not reside in Australia. However, some people have hypothesized that Mega Kangaskhan should return to raids to assist with the objective. At this point, that is nothing more than conjecture. On the other hand, the All in One #151 will not be discontinued, which is welcome news.
