Mande Announces Intent to Return to Competitive Apex Legends Scene, Seeking Genuine Offers

MandeMikkel ‘Mande’ Hestbek, a broadcaster for Team SoloMid and an Apex Legends professional player, has announced his intention to return to the competitive scene. Since the beginning of 2019, Danish Apex Legends player Mande has competed in the popular battle royale game under the banner of several different organizations during his career.

On the other hand, the 25-year-old player has been absent from the professional scene for some time now, since the 2023 ALGS Split 1 Playoff in London earlier this year, during which he and his side Alliance finished in fifth place. Mande, who has been broadcasting professionally under the TSM brand since February, has recently revealed that he intends to resume participating in competitive esports.

Mande has shown interest in returning to the pro scene in Apex Legends

After witnessing the ALGS Split 2 Finals on July 16, Mande tweeted that he would want to return to playing competitively, adding that he’s open to genuine offers and is prepared to do everything it takes to play at the top level. “I will only consider proposals that are in good faith. I put in more time and effort than any other professional player in the game, and I put in more time than is required (sure, I will eventually quit playing route only). That is all I want, thank you.

Even though Mande has not participated in any professional Apex Legends matches since the beginning of 2023, he is still ranked 12th on the list of the highest-earning players in the game, having won more than $160,000 in prize money in various tournaments in the game’s history. While the Danish player is considering returning to the professional arena, several other players have lately disengaged themselves from the competitive scene.

Pro players of Apex Legends After three years of active participation in the game’s competitive scene, HisWattson recently made public his decision to depart from it. The young man, who is 21 years old, disclosed his desire to “move on” from pro-Apex for some time in a statement he released on July 15. However, he was persuaded to keep playing the game on several occasions.
