Fnatic’s Derke Acknowledges Evil Geniuses’ Demon1’s Skills Ahead of VCT Masters Tokyo Showdown

A member of Fnatic, Derke, has praised the skills of Evil Geniuses’ Demon1 in anticipation of the upcoming match between the two teams at the VCT Masters Tokyo. As a result of their victories on Monday over Paper Rex and Team Liquid, respectively, Fnatic and Evil Geniuses will face off against each other in the upper bracket final of the VCT Masters Tokyo tournament.

Nikita ‘Derke’ Sirmitev and Max ‘Demon1’ Mazanov, both of Fnatic, are two of the most exciting players in the Valorant esports scene, and their game is one of the most anticipated of the event.

After EG’s victory over FUT Esports in the group stage on the first day of the competition, Demon1 made it quite apparent that he had Fnatic as the target of his attention. “Fnatic is the team I’d most like to face. All of the analogies, like Derke vs. Demon1, the bald buff, and everything else,” he added during the press conference. “There’s no question that I want to play Fnatic. I can’t wait to watch them compete in the postseason.

And when Derke’s squad shifts its attention to the open competition, he made it abundantly apparent that the respect is two-way. Also, after the game versus Paper Rex, Derke remarked to the reporters that he had a “good conversation” with Paper Rex the previous day. “He seems like a pretty kind man. “I wanted to compete against him while playing in the Americas season. ” That fills me with a lot of anticipation.

With a VLR rating of 1.27, Derke is now ranked third on the list of top performers at the VCT Masters Tokyo. He is only one spot behind his colleagues Emir ‘Alfajer’ Beder (1.41) and Timofey ‘Chronicle’ Khromov (1.35). The average rating for Demon 1 is 1.13, which places it a little further down on that list.

The match between Fnatic and Evil Geniuses will occur on June 21 (June 20 in North America), and the winner will secure the first position in the championship match.
