Pokemon Go players have expressed their dissatisfaction with the high escape rates occurring during the 7th Anniversary event and the loss of Pokeballs as a result. In Pokemon Go, it is extremely tough to come across a starter Pokemon in the wild, and even when you do, capturing that Pokemon can be a challenge.
As part of Go’s 7th Anniversary Party Event, players now have additional chances to capture starters from the game’s first seven generations. On the other hand, several gamers have voiced their annoyance about the number of times during the event. The beginning Pokemon have been evading capture after I contained them within Poke Balls.
The rate at which starter Pokemon run away is problematic in Pokemon Go
Niantic, the company that created Pokemon Go, celebrated the game’s seventh anniversary by releasing a limited-time event just for the occasion. During the 7th Anniversary Party Event, which runs from July 6 to the 12th, starting Pokemon will have a greater chance of appearing in the wild each day; however, some people need help with one event component. On Reddit, a player vented their annoyance over the fact that the event-exclusive Pokemon are highly adept at evading capture and slipping out of their Poke Balls. Furthermore, it has been established that these Pokemon are challenging to obtain.
The player yelled, “Who behind Niantic chose to have a whole week of starter Pokemon but keep their escape rates up?” Niantic is the company that chose to implement this strategy. I have all of the catch bonuses, and I’ll berry, use a great ball, and in most cases, make a great throw or one that’s even better. Despite this, the player has faced many situations in which starters have evaded their Poke Balls.
Several individuals shared this sentiment. One wasn’t too upset by it but did mention that the escape rates of starter Pokemon cost the Go player a lot of resources in the form of Poke Balls. Someone else remarked, “TOTALLY. They could have made it easier to catch these Pokemon during the event, but they chose not to. Along with an increased likelihood of catching starters from the first seven generations, the 7th Anniversary Party Event featured brand-new Timed Research and one-of-a-kind in-game content for each day of the celebration. On July 12 at eight o’clock in the evening, the event will close.
