MrBeast reacts to news of Netflix’s US Squid Game adaptation

“Squid Game,” first shown on Netflix in 2021 and quickly becoming an international phenomenon, is currently the top-rated streaming program. This bizarre game follows a group of participants invited to unnerving spookiness that offers them cash amounting to 45.6 billion won.

MrBeast, expressed doubt about whether his show would ever air in America via an April 12 tweet. “I believe they will spoil Squid Game with its US adaptation,” the author added, “They won’t capture all its cultural nuances correctly.”
