Underwhelming Reception: Destiny 2 Players Disappointed with the One Thousand Voices Exotic Fusion Rifle

The One Thousand Voices Exotic Fusion Rifle is “incredibly underwhelming,” according to Destiny 2 gamers who have been testing older exotic weapons, even though it is a Raid-exclusive drop.  Destiny has launched a lot of Exotic weapons that are only available in Dungeons and Raids over its lifecycle. Some have distinguished themselves as the best Exotic weapons in Destiny 2—from Divinity to Conditional Finality.

Some earlier Raid weapons, however, haven’t held up as well to time. These Exotics are in a difficult situation due to years of strength creep and the release of more substantial content. Now that one of the looter shooter’s iconic Exotics has failed the test of time, Destiny 2 enthusiasts believe they have found the worst offender.

Destiny 2 players call One Thousand Voices Exotic “underwhelming”

A Destiny 2 gamer was underwhelmed and experimented with the One Thousand Voices Fusion Rifle. The Heavy Exotic weapon hasn’t held up well over time, according to its owner, who calls it “bad” and “underwhelming.” According to the report, one Thousand Voices is terribly lackluster for a Raid Exotic. After a few years in the Vault, I brought it back out, and while it is horrible to use, I had utterly forgotten how awful it is. Given its limited ammunition, its damage output is hardly worth an Exotic or even a Heavy slot. They stated, “It’s fine on ad clear, but only for niche situations when you can’t use a Sword and a Machine Gun just wouldn’t cut it for some reason, and then at that point, you’re probably out of heavy for boss damage.”

Another player gave a well-liked response, saying, “Oh man, I fully agree with this. These individuals chose to use 1K when I was running DSC Abomination. Since I always have one phase with rockets, they would be superior. I told you to utilize missiles after a few DPS tries and no steps. An answer from a person with similar views was given: “I still pull it out occasionally, but it’s horrible. This raid exotic is inferior to a legendary machine gun if you use a Power weapon for an advertisement. One Thousand Voices was meta back then, and several fans reminisced: “I miss Particle Deconstruction. It was so amazing to have 1K viable. I wish there were a catalyst.

In Season 15, an armor modification called Particle Deconstruction boosted the damage Fusion Rifles and Linear Fusion Rifles could deal. With One Thousand Voices, this damage increased compounded and was quite potent. Some fans suggested that this be returned to serve as the Exotic Fusion Rifle’s ignition source.
