Pokemon Go Rural Players Call for Improved Access to Shadow Mewtwo Raids

Pokemon Go players in rural areas have a straightforward request for the impending Shadow Mewtwo raids since many look forward to participating in the time-limited event. Since the launch of Team Go Rocket, the legendary Pokemon Mewtwo has been one of the Shadow Pokemon in the highest demand.

Since it is about to be made available once more — this time in the recently added Shadow Raids — a lot of people are trying to figure out how they will defeat it. Fans of Rural PoGo who frequent Reddit are advocating for a straightforward adjustment that would improve Shadow Mewtwo’s performance for them.

Fans of Pokemon Go seek a tweak to the Shadow Mewtwo raid

On May 27 and 28, Shadow Mewtwo will debut in the raid, and raid eggs will hatch throughout the almost 24-hour duration beginning on May 27.

On the other hand, players from Rural who participate in battles on Reddit would prefer to have a set schedule for the sought-after raids that are analogous to those that take place in Elite Raids. They expressed concern that Shadow MewTwo will suffer due to lacking a predefined gym or time. “If they are going to make something so exclusive that it requires so many in-person trainers, then we should have more information about where/when to gather.”

“I can’t get anyone local to respond to me about meetups, which means that my only chance at doing any raids, given that I live in the middle of nowhere, is just going to be to hang around all day in an area that’s nowhere near my home in the hopes that I find other people raiding, which is a bummer,” the player said. “It’s a bummer.” Other gamers quickly shared their thoughts and opinions in the comments section, with many expressing agreement with the adjustment.

“Same, buddy; that means I have to head to the city and wait for someone else to join the raid. It may take several hours. One user commented, “Guess I’m not going to catch one.” Another person said, “Yup, it stinks, and all raiding for small communities has been terrible since April.” As with Elite Raids, Shadow Raids cannot be completed using a small raid pass. As a result, it is even more challenging for individuals to join a group to engage in combat against Shadow Mewtwo.
