Sentinels Offers Fans Ownership Opportunities and Exclusive Perks through Stock Crowdfunding on StartEngine

Sentinels have said they will be offered on the StartEngine website for stock crowdfunding. Fans can buy shares in the new gaming company for ownership and special perks. Fans of Sentinels can invest in the company through StartEngine, a place for startups to raise money from the public. The North American group said on June 12 that it will be listed on the site in a “test-the-waters phase.”

Once Sentinels are on the stock market, they can buy and invest in shares. Sentinels are worth $30.09 million. The company will sell off about 4% of its shares. IN THE NEWS RELEASE, Sentinels CEO Rob Moore said, “Our passionate fans have been a big part of Sentinels’ growth, and we’re excited to invite them to be a bigger part of our journey.”

Sentinels will give game fans a chance to invest

Investors can get different perks depending on how much money they put in. Fans can get the bronze perk, which includes a limited-edition pro shirt, for $500. Master is the most expensive and exclusive perk. It costs $50,000 and comes with 15% more shares and a trip to Los Angeles, California, where you can meet some pros in person.

Time-based perks give fans up to 15% more shares if they buy in the first 72 hours. The least you can put in is $300. Sentinels says the money raised will “fund operations, including expansion into new business lines.” The amount-based tiers and the minimum payment needed for each are listed below:

  • Bronze perk: $500
  • Silver perk: $1,000
  • Gold perk: $5,000
  • Platinum perk: $10,000
  • Diamond perk: $25,000
  • Master perk: $50,000

One of the most popular gaming teams in North America is Sentinels. The company has teams for Valorant, Apex Legends, and Halo. It also helps famous content makers like Tarik ‘Tarik’ Celik and Brandon ‘Aceu’ Winn. The news comes two months after Sentinels opened SEN Society, a club people can join. Sentinels aren’t the first gaming team to use fan payments or crowdsourcing. Fnatic started a fundraiser effort in 2020, and Cloud9, Team Liquid, and Fnatic all have a subscription service.
