Kyedae ‘Kyedae’ Shymko has requested online fans to show her fiance, Sentinels VCT Americas player Tyson ‘TenZ’ Ngo, some compassion after some of those fans took to Twitter to criticize him for his poor performance in the League. Sentinels in VCT Americas have yet to get off to a great start, and most of the criticism has been directed at TenZ. The champion of the 2021 Masters in Reykjavik has lately disclosed that he is battling an ailment to his finger, which may explain why he has not performed the finest in his team’s first three matches.
Kyedae, a content developer for 100 Thieves and engaged with the pro player TenZ, took to Twitter to encourage fans to show understanding for TenZ as he continues to play through his injuries and as she undergoes treatment for cancer. Also, she stated her point of view and the definition of empathy she had placed online.
“Please be understanding. The video game HAD to include Tyson. If given the opportunity, I do not doubt that he would have chosen to sit this out… “He’s only human,” she pointed out to him. “And I am fully aware that the comments section is going to be used against me for this tweet. I feel dismal all the time about my predicament, and if I could, I would have hidden the fact that I have cancer from everyone, including him, so that he could continue to concentrate completely on what he’s doing.”
After TenZ’s disappointing showing in the VCT, Kyedae makes a plea for compassion
In addition, Kyedae claimed that TenZ has never boasted about being the top player in Valorant and that he is “the most humble person I know.” The onslaught of hatred directed against TenZ began in earnest after Leviatán defeated the Sentinels in their VCT Americas clash by a score of 2-1; this result brought the squad’s overall record to 1-2.
After the game, it was revealed that TenZ had injured his finger. It was also revealed that the Sentinels’ substitute player Jimmy ‘Marved’ Nguyen, would be unable to relieve him of starting responsibilities since his Visa had not yet arrived. Both of these pieces of information came to light after the game.
Sentinels also made a considerable coaching change after the match. Also, the CEO of the esports organization said that head coach Donald ‘SyykoNT’ Muir had been fired and that assistant coach Adam ‘Kaplan’ Kaplan would be taking over for him in his position.
