Baizhu and Ganyu’s Banners Struggle: Genshin Impact’s Disappointing Sales Figures

The sales data for Genshin Impact show that Baizhu and Ganyu’s banners have become one of the mobile game’s worst-selling items, making them one of the least popular banners overall. Genshin Impact Version 3.6 featured an additional expansion of the desert region of Sumeru as well as the addition of two new bosses. Regarding the character banners, there were repeats of Nahida and Nilou during the first half of the match.

The most recent banner is the third time the 5-star Cryo vision bearer Ganyu has been featured in a rerun. On the other hand, this was the debut performance of 5-star Dendro user Baizhu. The current Wish banner has yet to be successful in generating significant revenue, despite adding two new characters.

The Baizhu and Ganyu double banner has moved up to the 41st rank on the all-time revenue list, which includes 47 entries total. Game Rant first reported the news. The two characters are better than previous additions to the video game that received five stars, such as Keqing, two reruns of Tartaglia, Klee’s rerun, Yoimiya, and Kokomi. Despite the setback, the two 5-stars are still running from May 8 until May 23, so there is still time to make up lost ground in terms of revenue.

The earnings from Baizhu and Ganyu’s banner are currently at $5,482,270 as of this writing. This amount comes as a surprise, taking into account the general excitement that has been building up about the Dendro user. During the Liyue Archon quest, which took place in the early days of Genshin, players had their first contact with the proprietor of the Bubu Pharmacy.

Within nine months, Baizhu became the ninth Genshin Impact member to use the Dendro platform. In August of 2022, Collei made her debut as the first character. As a result, several players are becoming dissatisfied with the ever-present Dendro since the introduction of the feature. With Baizhu’s introduction, the number of Dendro characters has now caught up to the number of Geo users. Despite the recent arrival of Dehya, the Standard Banner in Genshin Impact still needs to have Geo characters with a rating of 5 stars.
