Possible Hidden Weapon Teased in MW2 and Warzone 2 Season 4: Clues Point to Five New Weapons

MW2 and Warzone 2 players have discovered a new mastery weapon charm that references five weapons and suggests that Season 4 may bring an unexpected hidden gun. Four new weaponry were anticipated to be added to the well-liked battle royale game with the Season 4 update for MW2 and Warzone 2. The Tempus Razorback assault rifle and ISO 45 submachine gun have already entered the Battle Pass.

Players can acquire a new melee weapon called the Tonfa as part of the ongoing Assault on Vondel community event in addition to those firearms. Another new gun was anticipated for the season in the shape of an automatic shotgun that was supposed to appear in Season 4 Reloaded. However, a keen-eyed Call of Duty gamer has discovered a weapon attachment that suggests an unknown fifth weapon may be coming in Season 4.

The unannounced weapon may appear in Season 4 of MW2 and Warzone 2

It has been determined that the Tonfa’s mastery Weapon Charm reads “03/05,” indicating that Season 4 will see the introduction of five new weapons. The same Weapon Charms have appeared on DLC weapons from past seasons and also refer to the total number of guns introduced in that season. Season 4 will include five weapons instead of the four confirmed if this trend persists.

Five new guns in Season 4 won’t be out of the question if previous seasons give any indication. While just four new weapons were included in Seasons 1 and 3, Season 2 added five new weapons: the ISO Hemlock, KV Broadside, Dual Kodachis, Crossbow, and Tempus Torrent. It’s tough to predict what the fifth DLC weapon will be. The potential post-launch weaponry that might be added to MW2 and Warzone 2 was revealed by several leaked file names found in March 2023. Since that leak was disclosed, some have already been added to the game.

If this list remains reliable, the mysterious fifth gun will either be an MCX Spear, WA 2000, Scattato 2011, Vulcan-M, APC-9, or another melee weapon. There may be another melee weapon in the same season as the Tonfa. Except for the WA 2000, which was included in the original Modern Warfare 2 and Black Ops 1, most would be making their Call of Duty debuts.
