TimTheTatman Calls for Removal of His Operator Skin Bundle in Solidarity with NICKMERCS
Following a controversial tweet, NICKMERCS had his Operator skin pack deleted from Call of Duty. To express his “support” for Nick, TimTheTatman has urged the developers to do the same with their bundle. The CoD community has been split in several ways by the NICKMERCS dispute. He received criticism from numerous prominent members of the Call of Duty community and others in the hours after his first tweet about a Pride Month event.
Nevertheless, he also received the backing of people who approved his tweet. His skin was taken down from the joint store by the makers of Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2. Who claimed they were “focused on celebrating PRIDE with our employees and community.” He requests that the Modern Warfare 2 devs remove his bundle from the game because this resulted in Dr. Disrespect uninstalling Warzone 2 while he was living.
TimTheTatman requests that the CoD developers take his skin off the market
TimTheTatman, who has not been involved in the controversy surrounding NICKMERCS in the days since his contentious post, is now calling for the removal of his skin bundle from the store in support of his close friend. Tim said he wants to support his friend and have his bundle removed from the store if NICKMERCS isn’t available for purchase. But he didn’t say whether or not he agreed with Nick’s message.
“NICKMERCS has been a buddy of mine for a long time; together, we gathered our CoD operators. It seems unfair that I have mine while he no longer has his. Please take out the Timthetatman bundle on behalf of my pal. Tim and his viewers have both liked seeing the skin in-game; in the game, Tim even encountered an army of Tims. The Operator bundle was undoubtedly a favorite among devoted customers.
However, amid the debate, Tim’s supporters publicly supported him and NICKMERCS, and the tweet quickly went viral. Activision still needs to reply to the issue. Should his skin be removed in the upcoming hours, we’ll notify you here. Whether owners of the TimTheTatman or NICKMERCS skins can get their money back is yet to be determined.
